Michael Jordan threw away a pair of Bow Wow's Allen Iverson signature shoes.

I think we all remember the legendary crossover that marked the start of Allen Iverson's ground breaking NBA career, because according to Bow Wow, it sure doesn't seem like Michael Jordan has forgotten. (For those of you that maybe younger or have just started to follow NBA basketball, Allen Iverson crossed up Michael Jordan in 1997, his rookie year.)

(Bow Wow) I’m  actually real cool with his sons, Marcus and Jeffrey…I would say, we kinda grew up together. Being on tour, every time we came to Chicago, even at the age of like 15, they would come around and we just clicked. 

There’d be times I stayed over at the family, ya know, Mr. Jordan’s house…actually a funny story, I actually wore some Iverson’s to their house…and Michael Jordan woke us all up and was like ‘Whose is these?’…and I was like ‘they’re mine’…and I never saw My A.I.’s after that moment. I was in some Jordan’s going down to play some basketball.

To be fair, Bow Wow kind of deserved it for wearing Allen Iverson's jersey through out "Like Mike," while schooling dudes in his magical Michael Jordan sneakers. And probably also for making me think he was the coolest dude in early 2000's. (Don't give me that look. Mind you, I was still in elementary school at that time. It was a very normal thing.)

Any knee that can do the stanky leg, six weeks after surgery, looks good enough to play basketball to me. You are the worst, Andrew Bynum (not your hair though, we are cool). Breakthrough: The Memphis Grizzlies, without their giant cuddly Marc Gasol bear in the middle, witnessed the first player in this season to drop 40+ points on them since Westbrook in the 2011 playoffs. And that player was none other than John Wall, who answered every single critic with a career high 47 points on 13 of 22 shooting, 7 rebounds and 8 assists to power the injury riddled Wizards (missing 6 of their players) to their sixth straight win. Emeka Okafor contirbuted to the effort with 21 points (9 of 15) and 9 boards of his own, to take full advantage of the porous Grizzlies's defense. Mike Conley scored a team-high 23 points on 7 of 14 shooting, and dished out 7 assists for Memphis.

Sting: The Denver Nuggets were just one win short of the most consecutive wins in franchise history (including ABA) and without Ty Lawson again last night, they would fail to complete the feat in the loss to the New Orleans Hornets. Down 21 at half, Denver could not get anything going offensively, shooting 38 percent from the field to comeback from the largest halftime deficit of the season. Danilo Gallinari had 24 points on 5 of 12 shooting (4 of 6 from three). The Hornets got a surprise contribution from 27 year old rookie, Brian Roberts, who stepped in place of the injured Greivis Vazquez (ankle) to deliver a career high 18 assists to go with his 13 points. Ryan Anderson added 23 points on 22 shots off the bench.

Flame Trails: While one streak falls, the other would cease to falter, as the Miami Heat captures their 27th straight win in the 14 point victory over the Orlando Magic. This wasn't much of contest, aside from the 28 points both teams put up in the 1st quarter, the Heat outscored the Magic in every period for the rest of the game. LeBron James had another near triple double, going off for 24 points on 9 of 16 shooting, 9 boards and 11 dimes in the absence of Dwyane Wade. Jameer Nelson of the Magic exploded for a game-high 27 points (9 of 20) and 12 assists in the losing effort. Orlando have now lost 7 straight games.

Gear Shift: On Stephen Curry's bum ankle, the Golden State Warriors held off a late Los Angeles Lakers charge in the W. The Lakers dug themselves into a hole early, allowing a 23 point lead to the Warriors at the half. Against the broken perimeter defense of the Lakers, the back court of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson had the time of their life, going for 25 points (9 of 24), 7 boards and 9 assists; and 22 points (8 of 18) respectively. David Lee chipped in with an additional 23 points (9 of 15) and 12 rebounds. But as the Lakers do nowadays, they would make a late push in the second half, scoring 63 points to only lose by a slightly more respectable 6 points. Kobe Bryant had 36 points (11 of 27) and 8 boards, while his fellow draft mate, Steve Nash went for 21 points on 19 shots, 9 rebounds and 7 assists.

A Few Notes: The shorthanded Indiana Pacers fought off the undermanned Atlanta Hawks in the win at home on Monday night. The Pacers had a 24 point lead in the opening minutes of the 4th quarter, but would draw a blank in the next 11 minutes, getting outscored 31 to 15, which was still not enough from the Hawks to overcome the deficit that they have put themselves in earlier. Josh Smith led all scorers with 20 points on 7 of 10 shooting, 4 assists and 4 steals.

The Utah Jazz held the Philadelphia 76ers to 39 percent shooting from the field in the win to finally snap their 4 game losing streak. The Jazz haven't had much success since the trade deadline going 4-12 including this win, which puts them only one game behind the Los Angeles Lakers for the 8th spot. I guess no one wants to go to the playoffs.

I'm back. Sorry for missing a whole night of recap yesterday, wasn't feeling too well.

Rip City: This game was close for about the first 12 minutes and then the Chicago Bulls forgot how to pay defense allowing a 14-0 run in the second quarter to the Portland Trail Blazers, who would build on their lead from then on and never once let their foot off the gas pedal. LaMarcus Aldridge led the way with a game-high 28 points (14 of 23) and 8 rebounds, while the rookie, Damian Lillard chipped in for 24 points (9 of 17) and 7 assists in the victory. Taj Gibson of the Bulls returned for first time since spraining his MCL about three weeks ago. He had 14 points on 14 shots and 9 boards off the bench. Joakim Noah went for 18 points on 7 of 10 shooting and 6 rebounds in 27 minutes, which could possibly the fewest amount of playing time he has had in this whole season, because you know, Coach Thibs is kind of crazy.

Gold Rush: For the first time this week, the Denver Nuggets scored less than 68 points in the paint, going for only 48 against the Philadelphia 76ers last night at the Pepsi Center. In the absence of Ty Lawson and Wilson Chandler, Andre Miller stepped into the starting spot to finish with 21 points (9 of 14) and 8 assists. Corey Bewer exploded off the bench for 29 points on 10 of 18 shooting (5 of 6 from three) and 5 steals in win. Down 2 with only 2.7 seconds remaining, Brewer drew a 3 point shooting foul from Damien Wilkins, who scored a season-high 24 points (10-15), for a chance to give Denver the lead, which he does after sinking all three free throws  With only 2 seconds left, Damien Wilkins tried for a game winning 23 footer, but would get blocked by Anthony Randolph to secure the Nugget's 14th straight win. Philly either really wanted this game, and I don't see why they would, or they are really bad at this tanking thing. The thing, where you lose games on purpose to get a good lottery pick in the draft, in hopes repairing the damages from signing Andrew Bynum.

Bottom of the Barrel: When two of the worst teams in the West face off against one anther, things aren't going to be pretty. Especially, if one of those teams have missing a few of their core players. But good news for the Minnesota Timberwolves. After missing most of the season with a torn left meniscus, Chase Budinger returned in uniform for the first time, coming off the bench for 9 points (3 of 7) and 4 rebounds in 18 minutes of play. Unfortunately, he did not make much of an impact from the outside as expected, as the Wolves would go 1 for 19 from beyond the arc. Nikola Pekovic had a team-high 18 points (6 of 12) and 12 boards in their 9 straight loss on the road. King's Isiah Tomas went for 24 points on 8 of 15 shooting and 6 dimes. Tyreke Evans, who has been quietly impressive in this season, added 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

Making History: The Miami Heat came back from a 17 point deficit, against the Boston Celtics for their first win in the TD Garden since 2007. With this victory, Miami would improve to the second longest winning streak in NBA history with 23, only 10 short of tying the all time record. LeBron Jame destroyed everything in his path, going for 37 points on 16 of 29 shooting, 7 boards and 12 assists. As for the Celtics, it was Jeff Green that stepped in for the absent Kevin Garnett (flu) with a career high 43 points (14 of 21) and 7 rebounds. But he would go scoreless in the final minutes, while the reigning MVP, went for 13 points in the 4th, including the dagger to seal the win.

Upset: It's the Charlotte Bobcat, so when ever they win, it is an upset no matter who they were against. The victim last night, were the Washington Wizards. Gerald Henderson led all Cats with a game-high 27 points on 8 of 16 shooting and 8 assists. John Wall of the Wizards went for 25 points (8 of 17), and 5 assists in the losing effort.

Cold Tip: The Denver Nuggets outscored the Chicago Bulls bench 71 to 17 to extend their winning streak to a franchise record 12th straight. Wilson Chandler was huge off the bench for Denver, going off for 35 points (13 of 21), and 9 boards. For the Bulls, it was little Nate Robinson that carried the offensive load, erupting for 34 points (13 of 22) and 7 assists, including the game-tying three pointer to force overtime. In the extra period, with only 16 seconds to spare, it was Andre Iguodala that delivered the knockout three pointer that would eventually win the game for the Nuggets. Chicago did have 7 seconds to make something happen, but a Joakim Noah tip-in off of a Marco Bellinelli miss, which at first glanced looked to be good, was called off later in the review for offensive interference. Here is the play in question. The problem wasn't really about the tip-in but more so about how the referees handled the situation, as Kosta Koufas pulled off the exact same play earlier but was never called. Noah finished with 14 points (7 of 10), 12 boards, 6 assists and 7 blocks in the controversial losing effort.

STRRREEETCHH.

Tick-Tock: Down 4, with only 13 seconds remaining on the clock, Blazers' rookie, Damian Lillard, who had 27 points (10 of 20), 7 boards and 7 dimes, hits a quick three to cut the lead to one. Destined to play the foul game to decide the winner, Thaddeus Young of the Philadelphia 76ers would turn the ball over to give the visiting Portland team, one last shot to win it all in the last 7 seconds. Unfortunately, LaMarcus Aldridge would come up short on the 16 footer for the win, He had 32 points (13 of 28), and 14 rebounds for his 32nd double double of the season. Jrue Holiday led his team with 27 points on 11 of 21 shooting, 8 rebounds and 6 assists to make it really difficult for the league to decide the winner of the Most Improved Player Award.

Notes: Vince Carter scored his 22,000th point in the victory over the Atlanta Hawks, to become the 28th player in NBA history to achieve such a feat.

Fantasy Shoutouts: Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors exploded for 30 points on 10 of 19 shooting (7 of 9 from three) and 11 rebounds in the 21 point win over the New Orleans Hornets. His teammate, David Lee chipped in for 20 points (7 of 9) and 11 boards, as the Warriors go above 50 percent from the field and beyond it.

In the 37 point slaughter of the Detroit Pistons, Deron Williams led the Brooklyn Nets with 31 points on 10 of 18 shooting (4 of 8 from three) and 5 assists to look like his All-Star self again.

Highlights

New Generation: It is a sad day, when your student gets the better of you in your former home. Not a good look.

Style Points: Marc Gasol doesn't need his eyes to throw a perfect lob pass for Tony Allen.

Veteran Game: It just doesn't matter what father time does anymore, Tim Duncan, at the age of 36, is having none of it, going off for 30 points on 13 of 19 shooting, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 blocks in the victory over the younger Cleveland Cavaliers. Spurs' sophomore, Kawhi Leonard added 24 points (8 of 16) and 13 boards to take off the offensive pressure on the rest of team in Tony Parker's absence. The Cavs, still without Kyrie Irving, shot 51 percent from the field compared to their opponents' 58. Wayne Ellington came of the bench for a team-high 21 points on 4 of 7 from the three. Cleveland just did not have an answer for the Spurs' big, as they get pounded inside (it is totally not what you are thinking) to lose the battle in the paint, 62 to 46.

ALL MANU EVERYTHING.

Jazz and Blues: In the quest for a playoff spot, the Utah Jazz came out with a huge win over the Memphis Grizzlies to be only half a game behind the Los Angeles Lakers. Up by 5 before heading into the third quarter, the Memphis Grizzlies would suddenly forget how to put the basketball into the elevated orange ring thing, to go 2 for 16 from the field for 9 points, 15 less than what the Jazz put up during the stretch of their opponents' offensive struggle. The Grizzlies would never quite recover from the hole they dug themselves into, as they watch Gordon Hayward, who led his team with 17 points (5 of 10) and 8 boards, sink the three point dagger in the in the final 17 seconds to seal the game. Zach Randolph of the Grizzles finished with 19 points (7 of 11) and 9 rebounds.

Engines: Blazers' rookie, Damian Lillard's 8 game streak with 20+ points, came to an end last night, as his team hold off a late run by the Detroit Pistons in the Portland victory. Lillard had an off night, going 3 of 12 from the field for 14 points and 7 dimes. But he didn't to worry about the offense much, as his power forward, LaMarcus Aldridge go off for 31 points (13 of 21), and 12 rebounds to join LeBron James and Kevin Durant in the elusive players club with 1,300 points and 500 rebounds this season. The Pistons, on the other side, had Rodney Stuckey, who scored a season high 32 points on 23 shots in the losing effort.

Bearded American: Guys, Spencer Hawes did something last night that no one thought Spencer Hawes would be able to do. The once proud owner of a mullet went off a near quardruple double with 18 points, 8 assists, and a career high 16 rebounds and 5 blocks in the Philadelphia 76ers win. (Let me put this into a perspective for those who are wondering what is so spectacular about that particular line. No NBA player, other than Hakeen Olajuwon came close to those numbers in a game since 1990 and no Sixer has ever came close to it, since Charles Barkley in 1986.) Jrue Holiday chipped in for a game-high 27 points on 12 of 25 shooting and 12 assists to solidify his candidacy for the most improved player award. The Pacers finally got their Roy Hibbert break out game, as the center finally ends his scoring slump with 25 points on a not so efficient 26 shots and 10 boards in the tough loss. Indiana did not have a fun time shooting the ball on this night, hitting only 39 percent of their shots, while their opponents lit it up with 49 from the field and 46 behind it.

A Few Notes: Without Kevin Garnett (rest), the Boston Celtics took on the Charlotte Bobcats to win their 11th straight home game, the longest streak since 2009. This was the first game in about 3 weeks, where all Boston starters were in double figures.

Fantasy Shoutout: Martell Webster erupted for a career high 34 points on 10 of 18 shooting. He went 7 for 10 from the beyond the arc, to make this his franchise record breaking 5th game with at least 4 three pointers made and dished out 5 assists along the way in the 22 point win over the Phoenix Suns.

Top Dogs: In the battle for the best record in the west, the San Antonio Spurs trumps the Oklahoma City Thunder for the second time this season. After being down 10 in the first quarter, the Spurs would surge back to outscore the Thunder 83 to 61 in the rest of the game. In the absence of Tony Parker, Tiago Splitter stepped up for 21 points (9 of 11) and 10 boards. Danny Green added 16 points and 5 assists, including the corner three to ice the game. OKC made 19 costly turnovers that led to 25 of their opponents points to remove this game from their reach early. Kevin Durant led his team with 26 points (7 of 13), 6 rebounds and 5 dimes, while Russell Westbrook went for one of "those nights," shooting 11 of 27 for 25 points, to go with his 6 boards and 6 assists.

MoTownPhilly: On the night, where Deron Williams scores his 10,000th point, his team would fall to the Philadelphia 76ers due to a lack of bench help. Deron Williams is looking more like his former All-Star self in the month of March, going off  for 27 points on 10 of 19 shooting, 6 boards and 13 assists. His back court mate, Joe Johnson got 20 points (8 of 11) and 6 dimes. Spencer Hawes, the unlikely hero of the Sixers, surprised everyone with 24 points (10 of 15), 10 rebounds, 7 assists and a really thick beard that hides his entire neck. Philly had one of their best shooting nights of the season, hitting over 52 percent of their shots from the field and beyond it.

Playoff Race: With the win over the Detroit Pistons on Monday night, the Utah Jazz reinserts themselves into the eighth spot, once again booting the Lakers off the playoff picture. In his fourth game back from a thumb injury, Mo Williams scored a game-high 20 points and dished out 6 assists. Bad news for the Pistons, who were already without Andre Drummond (back), they will lose Brandon Knight to a sprained ankle, as the sophomore's season woes continue.

Chilled: The Denver Nuggets dominated the Phoenix Suns inside for their 9th straight victory. The Nuggets led by Kosta Koufos 22 points (10 of 11) and 10 boards, went off for 74 points in the painted area, exactly 42 more than their opponents. Ty Lawson chipped in for 19 points on 8 of 13 shooting and 6 assists. The Suns remain horrible and will have a lot of work to do in the summer, if they want to move on from this embarrassment of a season.

Cookin': The injury depleted and ancient New York Knicks had no answer for the Golden State Warriors last night, as their opponent outscored them in every quarter, while shooting 55 percent from downtown. Melo, who returned for the first time since his knee injury, looked horrible, going for 14 points on 15 shots. Without Amare in the lineup due to another knee surgery, the New York bench came up rather empty. Stephen Curry followed his 54 points against the Knicks in February, with only 26 points (9 of 18), 6 of 10 from three and 6 rebounds. David Lee held down the front court with 21 points, 10 boards and 8 assists to hold the Knicks to their lowest scoring game since 2007.

Jerkyll and Hyde: Russell Westbrook might shoot you out of games in rare occasions, but sometimes, he can go off for 37 points (15 of 29), 10 rebounds and 5 assists, like he did against the Lakers last night. Russ had everything his way for the entire game. He pulled up when he wanted and never once had trouble getting into the paint for an array of dunks/lay-ups. His partner in crime, wasn't too shabby either. Kevin Durant added 26 points on 9 of 22 shooting, 9 boards and 5 dimes in the Thunder win. Besides scoring 71 points in the first half on the purple and gold, OKC also tied a NBA record for the least turnovers in a game, with only two on the night. Kobe Bryant did everything he could to get this much-needed win for the Lakers. He willed himself into 30 points (8 of 19), even after a brief exit in the first 2 minutes of the game for a ulnar nerve contusion in the right elbow, which is fancy talk for a bruise elbow. Steve Nash tried to help, but his measly 20 points on 7 of 15 shooting could not overcome the onslaught set out by the blood-thirsty Thunder.

Power Struggle: Despite turning the ball over 22 times and allowing 30 points on those slip ups, the Boston Celtics held off the Philadephia 76ers to survive for another day. The Celtics received quite a pleasant surprise when their defensive specialist, Avery Bradley erupts for a game-high 22 points on 10 of 15 shooting, 7 boards and 5 assists. Paul Pierce shot a perfect 4 for 4 from the three to chip in for 18 points to go with his 11 rebounds and 7 dimes. The Sixers didn't shoot too well in this game, hitting only 41 percent of their shots from the field. Jrue Holiday led his team with 18 points on 17 shots, 5 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals. While Arnett Moultire came off the bench for a flawless 5 of 5 shooting for 10 points in 20 minutes of play.

Camping Grounds: The Denver Nuggets dominated the paint again, outscoring the Sacramento Kings 60 to 44 to extend the Nugget's winning streak to six. Little Ty Lawson went off for 24 points (8 of 16) and 7 dimes. Danilo Gallinari scored an additional 23 points on 7 of 11 shooting and snagged 4 rebounds. The Kings with this loss drops to bottom of the West. DeMarcus Cousins was a non-factor in this contest, going 1 for 12 for only 8 points, but he did block a career high 5 shots. Sacramento's own short guy, Isiah Thomas also had a good game, he had 23 points (6 of 13) and 8 assists at the Sleep Train Arena (This name will never not be funny).

The Philadelphia 76ers might not be a team destined for a championship anytime soon, but they do have the best hair in the NBA locked up. Nick Young, who donned a fauxhawk earlier in the season, thought it was about time to switch things up. So he did what any reasonable person would do, he got himself a mullet. Well, I am not a renowned hair stylist or anything, really, but something tells me that this won't be too well-received among fans or, anyone with eyes. The mullet is just one of those things that will and should never come back. I mean if Kanye failed, who else could do it? And this is dude got everyone wear those stupid leather sweater pants at the All-Star weekend.

Long Hair Don't Care: Following his triple double performance on Thursday, Joakim Noah led the Bulls to another victory with a team-high 21 points (10 of 13), 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks against the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets started the game with a 15-4 lead, but crumbled in the second and third quarter to give away a 19-0 run for their opponents. In between the second and third, Brooklyn did not score a single point for a whole 7 minutes. Carlos Boozer came in for 20 points (9 of 16), 8 rebounds and a career 5 steals. Brook Lopez of the Nets had 22 points on 9 of 16 shooting.

Wild Finish: With 27 seconds left, the game tied up at 102 between the Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors, Ersan Illyasova scores 2 of his total 29 points (12-21) on a put back to give his team a one point lead with 6.9 left to play. Toronto, without their leading man, Rudy Gay (back spasms) went to Alan Anderson (21 points) for the last play, where he got by Larry Sanders for the dunk to force overtime. Panic in the Bay: The good news for the Golden Warriors is that Stephen Curry has been incredible in the last few games. The bad news is that they were 0-4 this week, despite of Curry's ridiculous numbers and only 3.5 games ahead of the Lakers. In this slop-fest against the struggling Philadelphia 76ers, where both teams had at least 20 turnovers that led to 20 points for the opposing tea,. Stephen Curry was stayed hot. Hitting 11 of 20 from the field for 30 points and 8 assists. Klay Thompson chipped in for 29 points, 7 of 12 from the three. But the Sixers would not give this game away. Jrue Holiday went off for 27 points on 11 of 20 shooting, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. While his back court mate, Evan Turner goes for 22 points (10-15), 10 rebounds and 9 assist to end Philly's 7 game losing streak.

Rookie Watch: At this point of the season, there is no doubt that Damian Lillard is a lock for the ROY award. The rookie had 24 points (9 of 18), 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead his Blazers to victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves. J.J Hickson went for 18 points (7 of 8) and 16 boards. The shooting woes of the Wolves continued last night, as the team shot 39 percent from the field, and only 1 of 12 from downtown. They did not hit a three until the last 45 seconds of the game. Derrick Williams had a team-high 23 points on 20 shots and 8 rebounds in the losing effort

Wild Thing: After blessing us with a great Wednesday night of NBA games, the Basketball Gods decided to punish us with a game between the Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers on National TV. The results weren't exactly the insult to basketball, that we expected. We actually got a pretty good one man show from Joakim Noah. The bunhead led the Bulls with his third career triple-double on a game-high 23 points (8 of 12), 21 rebounds and 11 blocks to send the Philadelphia 76ers home with a 7 game losing streak. Noah becomes the first player since 1998 to record at least 20 points, 20 boards and 10 blocks in a game and is the first ever to do it while shooting at least 65 percent from the field. Carlos Boozer added 21 points (5 of 13) and 12 rebounds. On the other side, Jrue Holiday scored 22 points on 19 shots. Spencer Hawes chipped in for 20 points on 18 shots and 15 boards for the Sixers.

Joakim Noah will have none of yourself silly shot attempts.

Point Gawd: The Indiana Pacers minus Roy Hibbert took on the Los Angeles Clippers last night and got dominated inside without their big man in the middle. David West had a team-high 22 points (5 of 14) and 6 rebounds. Paul George got 20 points on 18 shots and 5 assists. The Clippers made a huge push in the third, where Blake Griffin scored 10 of his 18 points to take the lead, which they would eventually hold on to before the buzzer sounds. Griffin finished with 7 of 10 shooting from the field and grabbed 14 rebounds. Indiana made a late 11-0 run in the final minutes, but Point Gawd, Chris Paul descended on to the court to score 3 clutch baskets to extend the lead after every deficit cut. The Clippers point guard registered 29 points on 11 of 18 shooting, 6 rebounds and 8 assists to hand the Pacers' their first home loss since December 7th.

What is the point of fouling Blake Griffin? Do yourself a favor and just get out of the way.

The Chase: Only 2 wins away from .500, the Los Angeles Lakers entered the Staples Center last night to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves to get one step closer to their mission. And it got a lot easier when Wolves' center, Nikola Pekovic left the game with a left abdominal strain in 9 minutes of play. Ricky Rubio did everything he could with 13 points (5 of 11), 8 rebounds and 13 assists (9 of which were accomplished in 14 minutes of the first half) in a game where Minnesota never led. J.J. Barea came off the bench for 20 points (8 of 14), and 5 assists. A determined Kobe went off for 22 points n the first half, finishing the game with a total 33 points (13 of 22), 5 rebounds and 5 assists. With his two steals on the night, Kobe stole his career 18,000th basketball, becoming the 15th player in NBA history to do so. The Lakers connected on half of their three pointers, knocking down 16 of their 32 attempts to defeat Minnesota for the 21st straight time.

More Blowouts: In a 7 game scheduled Saturday, 4 games turned out to be blowouts. The Miami Heat improves to 10-1 in the month of February, in the win over the Philadelphia 76ers. LeBron James, despite scoring only 5 point in the first half, would come out the second to finish with a triple double of 16 points (7 of 12), 10 rebounds and 11 assists. This is only LeBron's second sub 20 point game of the season, and he got triple doubles in both of them . In the place of his NBA debut, Dwyane Wade scores his career 16,000th point in Philly to go with his 33 points (14 of 18) and 6 rebounds. Jrue Holiday of the Sixers led the way with 21 points on 8 of 11 shooting, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.

After defeating the Pistons by 32 points on Friday night, the Indiana Pacers followed their performance with a 22 point win against Detroit in the back to back rematch. The Pistons were held under double digits until 2 minutes into the second quarter, as the Pacers extends their winning streak to 4. Danny Granger returned from his knee injury for his first game of the season. The Indiana swing man shot 1 of 10 for 2 points in 19 minutes of play.

In the showdown between two of the worst teams in the East, the Cleveland Cavaliers took down the Orlando Magic 118 to 94. Marreese Speights scored a game high 18 points on 4 of 8 shots and grabbed 8 boards. The Magic coughed up 15 turnovers that paved way for 21 of their opponents's points.

The Denver Nuggets snapped their 4 game road losing streak with the win in Charlotte. Ty Lawson had 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists, while Kemba Walker led all Bobcats with 24 points on 9 of 14 shooting and 5 assists.

Transition Monster: Andre Miller will never throw a bad pass.

Don't Call it a Comeback: The Washington Wizards over came a 17 point deficit to defeat the Houston Rockets. Rookie, Bradley Beal went off for 21 points on 7 of 15 shooting, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. James Harden got 27 points (10 of 23), and 6 dimes. The Rockets were once again close to breaking another 3 point record, they had 19 threes in the loss, which is just one short from the 20 threes, the Nuggets had last season in their loss.

Band of Feathers: Down 1 with 10 seconds left to go, Al Horford backs Larry Sanders into the post to hit the game winner against the Milwaukee Bucks. Horford finished with 23 points (11 of 22) and 11 boards for the Hawks. Jeff Teague added another 23 points and 9 assists. For Milwaukee, Ersan Illyasova scored a team high 19 points (9 of 15) and snagged 9 rebounds.

Salt Lake Ruins: Paul Millsap got off to an early start, going for 15 of his total 19 points in the first. Three of the Jazz starters, failed to register a single point, combining for 0-9 from the field. Caron Butler of the Clippers had 21 points on 7 of 13 shooting. Blake Griffin chipped in for 18 points and 7 rebounds in the victory.

Flying is the worst. There is nothing I hate more than being trapped in a small space and forced to sit with random strangers. Strangers, who will constantly try to strike up conversations, to which I feel compelled to listen to just so they don't feel disrespected. The worst of all is putting up with babies that sit across from you, who at any unexpected moment will expel a stream of steaming hot stomach fluid onto your entire lower body from 5 feet away without a single regret in it's beady little evil eyes. What's worst is that there is absolutely nothing you can do about it, you can only smile at it's parents and pretend like the Satan's spawn didn't totally ruin your day. For the rest of the flight, you will have to continue to tolerate more crying. While the contents on your leg begins to crust, making you smell like as if you were wearing Brian Fantana's Sex Panther cologne, except there is no 60% chance of it working, only 100% guaranteed stank. This experience may or many not have happened me, but I just want to let you know that I am very familiar with flying and I am more than qualified to "defend" Nick Young.

Nick Young, for those of you that are unaware, goes by the nickname of "Swaggy P," he's been known to be a wild dresser and owning a tattoo on his left arm that reads "In Swag We Trust." Although I can not comment on his questionable life decisions, I do know that on a flight, even if you are a NBA player riding first class, the most important rule is to make yourself comfortable. And if Nick is comfortable in his incredible Superman onesie, than it is none of your business, Kwame. Who are you to give criticize anybody anyway, you ARE the former number 1 pick that never lived up to expectations and according to Kobe, was scared of the ball. Stop hating.
