Metta World Peace got a good cry from "The Notebook."

Metta World Peace has been on fire on twitter as of late, but these latest tweets have been hilarious.

This is weird, even for MWP. I am not sure this is exactly what Kobe Bryant had in mind when he asked him to be his old self again.

“Metta has a big presence on this team. I really encourage him to take that role head on – and to be an enforcer with it. But Metta, he’s done it before. We’ve won before together….
“Metta’s just as intense as I am, and he’s got a lot of that psychopath attitude that I do. That’s something Magic and me talked about, about how [Michael] Cooper and him did that a lot, how they played off each other.”

Besides the elbow to the head of James Harden's noggin. Kobe is right, Metta has been pretty calm, and been shooting a lot of threes that are surprising dropping at a career high rate. But the solution to their problems is not an enforcer, is effort and defense as a whole. Until that gets fixed, we can look forward to more Kobe on court meltdowns.

Instead, of the usual stats rundown, I decided to show you the best moments in NBA basketball yesterday. It might take a little longer to load, but it is totally worth it.

Fundamental: Tim Duncan got more than his shot his shot off against Tyson Chandler. Not good for the family jewels.

GALL-NO: Danilo Gallinari taking an ill advised shot at the wrong time and completely missing the rim.

Celebration: That airball led to a three point dagger from Norris Cole, who is, along with his coach are very happy.

No Love: LeBron only gives dap to important people.

Some notes:

LeBron had another monster night, 27 points, 7 rebounds, 12 assists, and 3 blocks in the victory over the Denver Nuggets.

The New York Knicks have been on fire from behind the arc, they have hit 71 of their 152 threes.
