Atlanta Hawks GM, Danny Ferry was fined $15,000 for snitching on Rajon Rondo.

Rocky Widner/Getty Images - Rajon Rondo really hates referees in Atlanta.
"Snitches get stitches." We all know how that saying goes, growing up you were sworn to a million unwritten rules and one of them were to never tell on your friends. If Jack broke the teacher's vase, you act like you don't know anything, even if it means the whole class get detention. But there were always one person who spills the truth to save themselves. In this case, Danny Ferry was that dude. He was fined $15,000 by the NBA for "inappropriate interaction" with the NBA officials. According to a person familiar with the situation, the Atlanta Hawks GM handed the referees a DVD, although it' contents are unclear it probably included a video of Rondo bumping the referee during the game on Saturday. Now, the funny thing was that Rondo got suspended for a game for his actions anyway, and because Danny boy decided to stick his nose in the none of your business jar, he lost a couple bucks.

If you still don't understand the concept of snitching, perhaps my friend, Huey Freeman can explain it better. The following is a clip from the Boondocks, so naturally it has NSFW language.
