The Round Up - December 19th, 2012.

Stats Roundup

Some ex-teammates like to go on scoring battles, of course, Kevin Durant would win, 41 points (14 of 23), 13 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks in the victory over the Atlanta Hawks. James Harden did it more efficiently, 33 points (7 of 12 shooting) and 7 assists in the win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Honorable Mention: To Greg Monroe's career high 35 points. He grabbed 10 rebounds to go with the loss to the Toronto Raptors, who are on a 3 game winning streak. No more Pasta!

Hot Halves: Russell Westbrook scored 21 points before halftime. David Lee topped him with 22 in the first.

Rookie Watch: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist tops the line from his college teammate. His 25 points (9 of 14), 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals stretched the Charlotte Bobcat losing streak to 13.

Time Machine User: The Boston Celtics finally snaps the 3 game losing streak on the road with a little help from Paul Pierce. He had 40 points (6 of 7 from three), 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Point God: Chris Paul handed out his 5000th assist. One of them was this...

Oh, CP3 dunked today too, not sure if it was part of his celebration, but he dunked.

No BUCKets: The starting back court of the Milwaukee Bucks, composed of Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings combined for 10 of 40 from the field. This experiment is going well.

Big Apple: Raymond Felton and Tyson Chandler leads the league with 22 alley-oops. Which makes alot of sense, since Tyson Chandler has always been known to be pretty good at catching your pass in the air and proceeding to dunk it through the hoop with caution. Oh, he also blocked his 1000th shot today.

Gerald Green Everything: Get this man back to the Dunk Contest. Socks or no socks.
