The Round Up - November 16th, 2012

Stats Rundown:

A lot of Nicholas Batum today, he is finally playing up to that big contract in Portland. He disassembled the Rockets with his 35 (new career high) points (13 of 19 shooting, 5 of 8 from the three), 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 blocks.

Honorable Mention: Kevin Durant lit the Hornet's nest on fire, scoring 27 points (9 of 12 shooting, 4 of 5 from the three), grabbing 9 boards and dishing out 5 dimes.

Board Monster: Zach Randolph is still leading everyone in rebounds per game this season, and showed you why again tonight, grabbing 15 rebounds, 8 of which were offensive in the victory over the New York Knicks.

Omer Asik didn't do do bad himself, 16 rebounds, 7 of them offensive in the overtime loss to the Portland Trail Blazers.

Block Party: Nicholas Batun's freakishly long arms got 5 blocks.

Butter Fingers: At the end of those freakishly long arms, the fingers of Nicholas Batums let the basketball get away from him 7 times.

Rookie Watch: Damian Lillard is the current favorite to win the ROY, leading his team past the Houston Rockets with a career high 27 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals.

Time Machine User: I don't think it is legal to put Kobe in this section anymore, he is defying the law of evolution, putting up 31 points and 6 assists in the win over the Phoenix Suns.

FROLO: More of Andrew Bynum's hair. (Via @dhm)

SHHEEEEEDDD: Just Another MANDATORY SHEED gif. Rasheed in mid season form, getting a personal foul and followed it up with his FIRST technical of the season. We can celebrate!

Maybe the first Flagrant (1) And One: Marc Gasol is excited and Rasheed Wallace got a little bit of Tony Allen's hand across his face. A lot to look out for in this video.

Close Up: J.R. Smith is giving the evil eyes to the ref.

We got our white Blake Griffin y'all: Well only in aspects that he basically get all his points on alley oops.

(Highlight of the Night) Hush Big Baby don't you cry: The Detroit Pistons gonna dunk on you, sigh.
