Believe it or not, there used to be a lot of hate in the NBA. Players hated each other and will do anything to throw off their opponent. One of the most popular ways to do this was trash talking, everybody did this, from best players to the worst, they will try to talk you down regardless of their actual skills on the court. The league today is little bit different, guys are friends with one another and they often laugh more than try to make "yo mama" remarks. But not Kobe Bryant though, he is still doing it, unfortunately he can never get the response he hopes for.
From
ESPN:
"They don't seem to want to talk any trash," Kobe shrugged. "I say
everything to LeBron. He says nothing back. He just laughs. There's no
banter back and forth. I guess it's a generational thing. When I first
came into the league, the trash talk was downright cutthroat."
This reminds me of:
Classic.
